AT-HOME OMAKASE

For when Nobu is booked up. Amp up your takeout with a caviar topped sushi spread.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings:
100g (16 pieces of sushi)
250g (40 pieces of sushi)

CAVIAR OMAKASE

Ingredients:

  • 100g or 250g of Original Tin caviar
  • Tuna, salmon and/or avocado sushi (already prepared)
  • Mother of Pearl spoon to serve the caviar

Directions:

  • Top all the sushi pieces with caviar (dime-sized portion) and serve ready-to-eat

    OR

  • Put OT caviar in a shallow bowl* with ice and place on a plate

  • Arrange sushi around on the plate.

  • Add caviar as sushi is taken, piece at a time.

*Tips:

  • Limit ice in the bowl as the tin may sink into the water as the ice melts. Water will degrade the caviar.
