AT-HOME OMAKASE
For when Nobu is booked up. Amp up your takeout with a caviar topped sushi spread.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings:
100g (16 pieces of sushi)
250g (40 pieces of sushi)

Ingredients:
- 100g or 250g of Original Tin caviar
- Tuna, salmon and/or avocado sushi (already prepared)
- Mother of Pearl spoon to serve the caviar
Directions:

Top all the sushi pieces with caviar (dime-sized portion) and serve ready-to-eat
OR
-
Put OT caviar in a shallow bowl* with ice and place on a plate

Arrange sushi around on the plate.

Add caviar as sushi is taken, piece at a time.
*Tips:
- Limit ice in the bowl as the tin may sink into the water as the ice melts. Water will degrade the caviar.
