CAVIAR-CUTERIE
Colorful and creative, share a delicious board with Original Tin.

250g (8 people)

Ingredients:
- 100g or 250g of Original Tin caviar
- 2-4 eggs
- Smoked salmon (4-6oz package)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Burrata
- Crostini
- Fresh dill (garnish)
- Mother of Pearl spoon for the caviar
- Small spoon for the burrata and tomatoes
Directions:
- Put OT caviar in a shallow bowl* with ice and place on a serving plate.
- Arrange smoked salmon on plate, either cut in strips to make small rolls or keep in slices.
- Chop cherry tomatoes finely, put on plate and place burrata on top. Top with caviar.
- Hard boil eggs*, peel and slice in half.
- Arrange crostini on plate.

*Tips:
- Limit ice in the bowl as the tin may sink into the water as the ice melts. Water will degrade the caviar.
- To prepare eggs – place eggs in saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil for 1 minute, then turn off and cover for 10 minutes. Remove eggs and put in a bowl of ice water to chill quickly. When cool, peel, rinse and cut in half to serve.
